TERMS USED

A farmer is a person who agrees with the rules of this resource and who has passed the registration procedure.

A game is an activity aimed at entertainment, stress relief and uplifting mood.

Gold is a conditional game currency that is stored electronically on the farmer's account.

A playground is a resource located on the Internet, where activities for leisure and recreation of users are held.

The game "CASHFARM" is an online game owned by the organizer, allowing farmers to communicate with each other, build, harvest, plant, cook various dishes - getting the opportunity to earn real money, as well as providing a platform for entertainment on the terms stipulated in this agreement.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1 By registering in our game, you agree to these rules in full.
1.2 The Administration is not responsible for any possible damage caused to you as a result of using this service.
1.3 At the time of registration, the user must be at least 18 years old from the date of birth.
1.4 Our resource does not conduct any business activity with the investments of its farmers and does not expose them to any risks.

2. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF FARMERS

Farmers have the right to:
2.1 To deposit money to your game balance.
2.2 Require the administration of this resource to perform the duties prescribed by these rules, except in cases where the current situation does not depend on the Administration of the resource.

The Farmers undertake to:

2.4 Not to mislead the Administration of the service by providing false information.
2.5 Get acquainted with these rules at least once every two days.
2.6 Do not register more than one account from one computer. If two or more accounts are found, they are blocked or deleted (at the discretion of the administration). All payment requests, if any, are also deleted. Logging into two different accounts from the same computer is considered a violation of the rule.
2.7 If any malfunctions or some errors in the site script are detected, report them to the support service.
2.8 Do not attempt to hack the site and do not use possible errors in scripts. If a hacking attempt is made, the administration has every right to delete, block or fine the account.
2.9 Do not publish offensive messages, slander and other types of messages that spoil the reputation of the project or users.

3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE ADMINISTRATION

3.1 If users ignore these rules, the administration reserves the right to delete, block or fine the user's account without warning and without explanation.
3.2 The Administration may make changes to these rules without warning users.
3.3 If the user has written false data in the registration, the administration has every right to delete, block or fine him without warning and not pay money until the data in the profile is corrected.
3.4 Emails sent to the administration that have obscene content, are offensive or threatening will be ignored and users will be deleted.
3.5 If you try to mislead the administration (deception), measures will be taken to delete, block or fine the account.
3.6 The Administration undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the information of the registered user received from him during registration.
3.7 The Administration is not responsible for possible hacking of accounts. To avoid hacking, it is necessary to use complex passwords. 3.8 The Administration is not responsible for possible losses as a result of stopping the resource.
3.9 In case of refusal to accept the new rules, the administration reserves the right to refuse the Farmer further participation in our game.

4. PAYMENTS

4.1 Participants can make purchases using payment systems Faucetpay, Payeer, Cryptocurrency.
4.2 The list of payment systems with which you can deposit and withdraw funds can be adjusted by the administration.
4.3 Withdrawal of funds to payment systems is possible from 0.10 usd inclusive. The daily limit is unlimited (adjustment is possible).
4.4 Withdrawals can take up to 24 business hours. If inaccurate, incomplete data about the withdrawal system is provided by the client, the withdrawal of funds does not occur, and the withdrawal request is rejected until all inaccuracies and data are corrected or clarified.
4.5 Withdrawal requests are accepted around the clock. The withdrawal is automatically made to all payment systems.

5. RESPONSIBILITY

5.4 By registering, you agree to the terms of this agreement.

5.6 Both the Organizer and the Farmer are released from liability bilaterally in case of unforeseen and force majeure circumstances such as: natural disasters, wars, fires, explosions, terrorism, hacker attacks, power supply failures and so on.

6. PRIVACY POLICY

6.1. Any information received about the Farmer from the Organizer at the time of the Farmer's stay on the playground is considered confidential. The Organizer has the right to automatically receive the following information about the Farmer: login and technical information of the browser (IP address, address of the requested page, cookies, and so on). At the same time, the Organizer also has the right to use the information received, ensuring that this use is only inside the playground.
6.2. The Farmer agrees that all personal data entered by him will be available for viewing by other Farmers of the game. In addition, the Farmer also agrees that any actions of the Farmer in relation to the purchase / sale of game currency (gold) are also entitled to be demonstrated.
6.3. The Organizer has the right to inform the Farmers using the contact information provided by them.
6.4 All possible complaints and feedback about the operation of the service must be sent to the official email address of the service.

7. SCRIPTING

7.1 Unauthorized access to the server and/or the game code is prohibited. Authorized influences are game plugins/addons approved (registered or licensed) by the Administration, installed on the User's browser side and modifying the appearance, information, actions, etc., without interfering with the internal processes of the game.
7.2 It is prohibited to create and launch an unauthorized bot or other automated (semi-automated) program by the Administration in order to perform any actions aimed at the User's character or other characters, to upgrade and (or) enrich their character, as well as actions aimed at the game chat.

Chat rules:

1. Spam, flood, advertising, caps.
- abuse of writing any punctuation marks, symbols or individual letters of more than 3 (three) identical characters in a message in a row, repetition of more than 3 (three) identical words in a row in one message;
- overflud - sending multiple messages that can be combined into one, written in one word or one letter. Punishment from 4 hours to 1 day

1.2. Spam/ Advertising/Links:
- commercial and non-commercial advertising, as well as discussion of websites, third-party projects, game portals or separate games.
- it is forbidden to post any links in the chat (website addresses, e-mail addresses, third-party games or resources not related to our game.)
The penalty is from 1 day before the account is blocked
1.3. Caps:
Capslock (LARGE/CAPITAL letters).
- writing more than 50 percent of the message in capital letters, as well as abuse of upper case;
- writing text with a "jumping" register (example: Hello, how are you!).
Punishment from 30 minutes to 3 hours

2. Trolling, flame, dissemination of personal information.

2.1. Trolling:
- messages of a provocative nature, written with the aim of causing conflicts, disputes, mutual insults between players. The punishment is from 3 hours to 1 day
2.2. Trolling/discussion of moderators' actions:
- multiple questions to Moderators (including on the game, as well as cyclic questions), asked over a short period of time, in order to complicate the work of moderators; begging.
- messages containing discussions of or disagreement with the actions of the Moderator and/or the Project Administration, both addressed directly to the Moderator and open discussion between players, are prohibited.
In case of disagreement with the actions of the Moderator of the project, the player can present all his claims and dissatisfactions to the project Administration. Punishment from 1 day to 7 days

2.3. Disclosure of personal information:
- defamatory messages that disclose any personal information of the player, Moderator, or Project Administration without his consent.
Punishment from 3 hours to 30 days

3. Threats and insults.

3.1. Threats:
- messages containing direct or indirect threats of violence in real life, extortion and blackmail.
The penalty is from 3 days before the account is blocked
3.2. Insults:
- insulting a player in any form, as well as humiliating human dignity and words, phrases discrediting the honor and dignity of other players.
The punishment is from 3 hours to 30 days.

4. Checkmate and veiled checkmate.

Open mat (words, phrases) and veiled mat (euphemisms, half-written words, abbreviations, words with the replacement of one or more letters, and words with asterisks, etc.), profanity in any language, in any encoding, as well as words of an offensive nature are prohibited in all their manifestations!
4.1. Open mat.
Punishment: from 6 hours to 7 days.
4.2. Veiled language and offensive words.
Punishment: from 3 hours to 3 days.

5. Fraud and illegal programs.

5.1. Trading props outside the game resource.
- messages about any financial transactions, sales, exchange, donation, transfer of an account into the possession of another player, as well as the demand for an account in chat rooms.
Punishment: indefinite account blocking.
5.2. Prohibited programs, distribution, use.
- messages containing the distribution, demand and discussion of prohibited programs (bots, anti-malware, hack-tools, etc., etc.) in the chat.
Punishment: indefinite account blocking.

6. Slander, unfounded accusations (unsubstantiated)/Spreading false information.

6.1 Dissemination of deliberately false or unverified information.
Punishment: blocking the game chat from 1 hour to 7 days 6.2 Dissemination of deliberately false or unverified information regarding the administration, moderators and/or their actions.
Punishment: blocking the chat from 30 minutes to indefinite and/or blocking the account from 1 day to indefinite.

7. Flame to the Administration, moderators
Flame is the conduct of correspondence with the aim of insulting and inciting conflict, initiating prolonged ambiguous correspondence.
The first violation is blocking the game chat for a period of 3 to 30 days and/or blocking the character for a period of 1 to 7 days.
The second violation is blocking the game chat for a period of 7 days to indefinite and/or blocking the character for a period of 3 days to 30 days.
